Because weekends happen. Reconnect with your body through movement, stretching, and Pilates-inspired core work.

Pilates Reset

Tuesdays

A smart, strength focused class using 5-15lb weights to sculpt and strengthen your entire body. We train upper and lower body through controlled intentional movement that builds muscle, improves stability, and supports real-life strength. This workout is built for women who don't have time to waste!

Top to Bottom

Pilates Burn

Wednesdays

Not your average Pilates class. Expect deep core work, muscular endurance, and a serious burn.

Power Down

Thursdays

Power Down!! Or as some us would say... LEG DAY! Built for women with busy calendars and zero time for wasted workouts. Using smart lower-body strength work, we target glutes, hamstrings and quads to build power stability and endurance that carry you through busy days- from carpools to conference calls! Fear not....A teeny bit of arm work is added in during recovery!

Fusion

Fridays

Half strength. Half Pilates. All results. Build strength, challenge your core, and move into the weekend feeling strong, balanced, and energized.

Body Blitz

Saturdays

Sculpt, strengthen and sweat in this 30 minute high energy, workout designed for busy women who want maximum results in minimal time. Using 5-15lb weights, we will targets the arms, shoulders and back legs and glutes ..all while layering in core work to leave you feeling powerful and refreshed.

Sunday Reset

Sundays

Reset. Recharge. Prepare for the week ahead.

No workout required.

This package gives you access to the in person Summer Fit series located in Riis Park and Breezy Point June 30-Aug 21 every Tues-Friday. Classes take place at 7:15am Riis Park (weather permitting) and 9am at STM in Breezy Point.
